Alex opened his first class in his hometown Chatham in Medway Kent on March 2007 and has since then trained 46 fighters, garnering 59 Golds, 75 Silvers and 39 Bronzes in total. Ermar has now 5 classes in London and Medway Kent. He has also organised/run tournaments in the UK, and conducted seminars in France, Romania and Hungary.

Alex is a certified Instructor/Trainor of Eskrima Kali Arnis having completed the Instructor Programme approved by the Philippine Government through the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA).
