Doce Pares at Fitness First Leyton

As promised, Ermar Alexander will open a class in Fitness First in Leyton Mills. Opening day is on 4 May 2008, Sunday and this first day is FREE to everyone attending!!

Succeeding classes will have a fee of £5 for new students (not including those who have attended on opening day), £8 for Fitness First members and £10 for non-members. Discounted monthly fees apply [more info...]

Come in comfortable clothing. Sticks will be supplied for new students and are available for purchase as well.

Regular classes will be held every Sundays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm
