NewsRest in Peace: President Corazon Aquino
The woman who restored democracy to our beloved country, former President Corazon C. Aquino, or better known as Cory, was a very brave leader despite the turmoils and troubles that she has gone through to give our country freedom from the tyranny of former President Ferdinand Marcos (RIP). She was Asia's first female president. She has been suffering from colon cancer and passed away today at the age of 76. We hope that she will now be back in the arms of her beloved Sen. Ninoy Aquino. We honour, respect and thank you for everything you have done for us. Maraming salamat po! May you rest in peace.
