NewsEADP at the Martial Arts Show
EA Doce Pares bags 2 Golds, 2 Silvers and 1 Bronze. EA Doce Pares attended the Martial Arts Show held at the NEC Birmingham on 22 May 2010, Saturday. There were two competitions for the Filipino martial arts: WEKAF and the British Arnis Alliance's GM Roland Dantes Cup. Ismael Fraser won Gold in Single stick and Silver in Double stick in the WEKAF tournament. Diana Fauner won Silver in Single stick. Ermar Alexander and Diana Fauner attempted to compete in the British Arnis Alliance format for the first time, only learning about the rules on the day. It was headgear only and padded stick. Alex won Gold, Diana won Bronze. The team's new comer, Mohibur Shamim also tried competing at the WEKAF games; he did extremely well and we will be seeing him in the circuit again at the next tournament.
