Brown Belt Grading

Congratulations to our new brown belts!

Congratulations to Ismael Fraser, David Tedora and Abner Eisma for passing the brown belt grading last 26th March 2011.

The grading lasted over 3 hours and was vetted by Master Ermar Alexander, Master Kevin Angeles and Diana Fauner.

The candidates were tested from their Yellow belt skills, all the way to Brown. This consisted of 6 levels in total. They were tested on single stick, double stick, knife, espada y daga and mano-mano (empty hands), as well as Sayaw (forms). And after all the gruelling physical work, they were also finally tested with their historical and academic knowledge on Eskrima and Doce Pares.

You made the club proud! Well done!
